How To Book a Package?
You can book directly by contacting via mail the tour operator. To confirm you'll receive a confirmation email you can use as documentation.
 
A good period to book (depending on the availability, the n° of participants and the season) is 30 days before the start of the tour.

Tour operators are quick, You'll receive confirmations in 3-4 hours after your request (Considering the different time zone).


Can i book in different dates?

Yes, just send an email to the tour operator and contract directly.

How can I pay?

You can pay directly the service provider online or via your bank account.  Usually the tour operators require a 25% as account to reserve the tour within  30 days before the begin of the package. You'll need to pay the total price for reservations within 29 day before the beginning of the tour.

How Can I Receive the Documentation?
After the payment, you'll receive all the documentation from the tour operator.

How Much Cost Booking with You?
Nothing, we are not a travel agency. It's the same as contact directly the tour operators. They are the website's managers.

Can I request a "Tailor Made" vacation?
Yes. You can use the contact form in the dossier's page and send your requests.

 
Cancellations Policies
The companies will take in case of cancellation within:

 30 - 21 days 25% of the price
 20 - 8 days 50% of the price
 7 - 3 days 75% of the price
 3 days  100% of the price

As you can clearly see for each package dossier there is a "Main Menu" of the left sight of the page.

What services the price includes? - Any hidden costs?
In each trip dossier You can click on the Voice "Included" to read the services included in the price. The price you see has not hidden costs. You'll read a notice of all costs or supplements to add in the section "Notes".

  • Transport during the trip
  • Assistance of a tour leader
  • Meals
  • Sightseeing
  • Airport arrival transfers (verify for each package)
 
What's not included?
All the info showed in the section "Not Included".

  • International Flights
  • Visa and Passport fees
  • Departure taxes
  • Insurance
  • Optional sightseeing
 
Does the Price Include the Flights?
Not. As incoming tour operators we provide only "On site" travel services and organization. You can save hours with these flight search site. You can simultaneously search and compare across dozens of airfares to find the best deal in just a few minutes.

Do You Provide Aiport Transfers?

Yes, if it's described in the dossier. In case not (ask first to the tour operator), You'll find more info of the map on how to arrive from the Airport to the starting point.

How do We Transfer During the Trip?

The tour operators provide the transfers within the trip.

What about luggage carryng?
This is a service provided by the tour operators during the days of the itinerary.

What Accommodation do You Provide?
During the trip You'll sleep in trusted accommodations like little hotels (2-3 stars) or Bed and Breakfast with comfortable rooms. You can ask the tour operator to verify if the bathroom is in the room or not.

What about meals needs?
The package includes breakfast and lunchs. For detailed meals description You can read the package's dossier at the voice "Notes" or "Included".

What about the equipment?
If the package needs specific equipment like caps, etc... the dossier will notify it under the voice "Equipment".

 
Are there any Supplements for Singles?
If yes, it's described in the "Notes" section of the dossier page.

How Fit do I Have to Be?
The skill level is a measure of the difficulty of the trip. We use 3 levels:
  • Easy: Experience is not necessary. Anyone in good health status can join this package. It's requested a 6-7 hours of activity a day.
  • Moderate: Most travelers are fit to enjoy this package. You'll need to be in good fit and health status. Regular excercise is a requirement. A day has 5-8 hours of activity.
  • Hard (difficult): Fitness is most important, and you'll nedd to improve it before departure. You should consider also climate and altitude. Experience is desiderable but not necessary.

 
What About Age?
The packages fit well for a various range of ages. More important than age, is your fit condition. Children must be a minumum of 12 years. Parents need to accompain children between 12 - 17 years. Travelers over 70 years must fill out a medical questionnaire signed by a doctor.

How Do i Spend my Money?
Paying the package is a local payment by itself. The services you pay for a local. This is the reason of reduced costs.

Do I need a passport or Visa?
Yes You'll need the passport. It has to have a validity of at least 6 months beyond the your intended stay.  For Visa requirements, It's better to contact your local embassy or consulate. Search in http://www.embassyworld.com/ to find out more.

What About Travel Insurance?
As You can see, price does not include insurance. We suggest You to chose at minumum a cover for medical expenses including emergency rempatriation, personal liability, cancellation and loss of luggage. Have a look on http://www.travelguard.com/ for more info.

What if I'm traveling alone? - Can I join a group?
Yes. You can book a self guided tour or join a group.

Are there any special discounts for Children, families, groups, etc...?
Sure! Children pay a reduced price than adults as well large groups than small groups. It's better you ask directly the travel operator.
