Lovers of freedom and independence, discover Nepal freely, with some friends or couple!
No tour leader but a detailed road book with itinerary and map for support.
During the trek, your luggage are carried by a Sherpa from Lodge to Lodge.
At the feet of breath taking south face of Annapurna (8091m) of 4000 m high, the sanctuary of Annapurna is a magic place, huge cirque towered by giant peaks and wonderful glaciers.
This mountainous highland environment can be reached by trekkers thanks to a good trail that drives you from rice paddies to Rhododendron forests to reach finally a mineral universe of moraines and chaos of rocks.
Evening, you will get accommodation in local lodges and get chance to attest the daily life of the Gurung inhabitants of the high Himalayan valley.

Day 1 | Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Fly from your country to Katmandu

Day 2 | Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Welcome at arrival at airport and check in hotel.
Rest and self visit the capital of Nepal.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 | Pokhara, Gandaki, Nepal

Early departure in tourist bus heading for Pokhara.
The road crosses the hillside area separating Teraï's jungle to Himalayan range. Transfer by taxi till Khande (1450m- 1h30 ). First stage till Australian Camp (1870 m).
1h15 hiking.
Overnight in Lodge.

Day 4 | Landruk, Gandaki, Nepal

Hike up and down till village of Landruk crossing Deurali and Tolka. Admire the wonderful view on Macchapuchare, Annapurna and Lamjung Himal. 5h hiking.
Overnight in Lodge and Landruk(1700 m).

Day 5 | Chomrung, Gandaki, Nepal

We cross the Modu Khola river on a suspended bridge .
Lunch in Jhinu Danda (1780 m), possible to bath in hot springs.
Rough climbing till Chomrung, one of biggest village of the region, towered by south Annapurna, Hinchuli and Macchapuchare. 5h hiking.
Overnight in Lodge in Chomrong (2050m)

Day 6 | Dovan, Gandaki, Nepal

Down the stairs till Chomrung River by stairs and then rough climb to reach Sinuwa. Breath-taking view on Macchapuchare. On a balcony trail through forest, we reach Bamboo Lodge and after Dovan. 5 h hiking.
Overnight in Lodge (2600m)

Day 7 | Macchapuchare, Gandaki, Nepal

Slow climbing through Rhododendron forest till Deurali (3200m) and then we reach the Macchapuchare Base Camp. 5 h walking.
Overnight in (3700 m).

Day 8 | Annapurna, Gandaki, Nepal

Very early wake up. 1h30 climbing to reach the Annapurna sanctuary (4130m).
Unbelievable spot of 360 degrees on 13 summits of Annapurna range.
Climb down to Dovan (2600m). 6h walking.
Overnight in Lodge.

Day 9 | Chomrung, Gandaki, Nepal

Around 4h walking till Chomrung (2050 m).
Overnight in Lodge.

Day 10 | Gandruk, Gandaki, Nepal

Easy walk to reach Gandruk, very nice Gurung village with rich dry stone houses.
Great spot on whole Annapurna range. 5 h walking.
Overnight in Lodge in Gandruk (1950 m).

Day 11 | Birethanti, Gandaki, Nepal

4h down till road in Birethanti/Naya Pul (1100 m), then transfert in taxi to Pokhara.
Free time afternoon and relax in Pokhara on lake side.
Overnight in hotel in Pokhara.

Day 12 | Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Back to Katmandu by tourist bus.
Overnight in hotel.

Day 13 | Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Free time in Katmandu.
Overnight in hotel.

Day 14 | Kathmandu, Bagmati, Nepal

Free time, last visits and souvenirs, then
transfer to airport for internatinal flight.
